However, we understand that sometimes a return, refund, or exchange request may be needed. Please review our policy below for the conditions and procedures.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition.
• All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase must be provided.
• If the item is damaged or defective, please provide a clear description of the issue and photos as proof.

Please note that some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or final-sale reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Panties, underwear bottoms, or intimate items that have been tried on or worn.
• Handmade or customized items with personalized features.
• Clearance items, final-sale items, or items purchased with a gift card or store credit.
• Items with stains, perfume smell, body odor, makeup marks, signs of wear, deformation, or damaged packaging.
• Items returned without approval from our customer support team.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your package. Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request and the condition of the item.

Quality Issues or Defective Items

If your item has a clear quality issue, such as loose or split seams, undone hems, damaged elastic bands, loose fastenings, or other manufacturing defects, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After verification, VellCurve may offer a full refund, replacement, or another suitable solution. In some cases, you may not need to return the defective item.

Returns for Personal Reasons

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong size, color, or style, or simply changing your mind, we may offer the following solutions:

• You may return the item for a refund, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund, and you may keep the item.

Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider or card issuer.

• PayPal refunds: 5–7 business days
• Credit card refunds: 5–7 business days

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes after the order is placed.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at support@vellcurve.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

Exchanges

We replace items free of charge only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Return Shipping

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@vellcurve.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and any relevant photos or supporting materials.

After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return warehouse address if your return is approved.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns caused by personal reasons.
• All shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items.

Parcel Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us with your order number, tracking number, and any supporting information from the carrier or local post office.

We will help review the tracking details and assist you in checking the delivery status. If you believe the package was misdelivered, we also recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
