Order Issues
VellCurve products are sold through our official online store. We recommend purchasing directly from our website to ensure product authenticity, secure checkout, and access to customer support.
You can also sign up for our emails to receive updates about new arrivals, restocks, and special offers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately due to carrier system delays. In some cases, tracking information will update after the package reaches your local airport or local carrier facility.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have a VellCurve account, you may also find your tracking number in your order details.
If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@vellcurve.com and our support team will help you check it.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vellcurve.com.
Order cancellations are usually only possible within 60 minutes after the order is placed and before the order has been processed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it. If your order has already shipped, our support team will help you review the best available solution.
First, please double-check the shipping address on your order. Then check the area where the carrier may have left the package, such as your mailbox, porch, front desk, parcel locker, or building reception.
You can also check the tracking page for delivery notes or contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before the final handoff is completed. If the package still does not arrive, please contact us and we will help you review the tracking details.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help check the shipment status with the available tracking information.
If the package is marked as delivered but appears to be stolen or missing after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
VellCurve is generally not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist you.
You can enter your discount code at checkout in the discount code box. After entering the code, click “Apply” and your order total will update automatically.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

You can also browse by category and use filters on collection pages to narrow down styles, sizes, colors, and functions.
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Different styles may fit differently depending on fabric, stretch, support level, and design.
For the best fit, measure your bust, underbust, waist, and hips, then compare your measurements with the size guide. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we generally recommend choosing the larger size.
Yes. VellCurve is designed for real curves and everyday comfort, so many of our styles are available in an inclusive size range.

Our products may use soft, skin-friendly, stretchy, breathable, seamless, lace, mesh, or supportive fabric blends depending on the product design.
Because materials may vary by item, please check the product description on each product page for specific fabric and care information.
For longer-lasting wear, we recommend hand washing with cold or lukewarm water and a gentle detergent.
Avoid bleach, high heat, and tumble drying. Air dry your pieces naturally and avoid twisting or wringing delicate fabrics.
For bras, rotating between different pieces instead of wearing the same one every day can help maintain shape and elasticity.
Exchanges and Returns
VellCurve accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after the package is delivered.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Items with stains, perfume smell, body odor, makeup marks, deformation, signs of wear, or damaged packaging may not be accepted.
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by a verified quality issue.

Yes. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@vellcurve.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution based on the situation.
Please contact us within the 30-day return window so we can assist you properly.
If you need to exchange an item for size, color, or style reasons, please contact us first before sending anything back.
For personal-reason exchanges, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Our support team will review your order and offer the best available solution.
After your returned item arrives and is inspected, return processing usually takes 5–7 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received your refund after the expected period, please contact us for assistance.
Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping
We work with trusted shipping carriers and logistics partners, including YunExpress, USPS, UPS, UniUni, GOFO, SpeedX, and other regional delivery partners.
Most orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
For pre-order or temporarily out-of-stock items, we will ship your order as soon as the item becomes available.
Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days after shipment.
Expedited shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times do not include the standard order processing time. Delivery may also be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or local delivery conditions.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@vellcurve.com. There may be a short window of time for us to update it before the order is processed or shipped.
Once the package has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Standard shipping is $5.99. Expedited shipping is $12.00.
Orders over $79 qualify for free shipping.
The highest shipping fee we currently charge is $12.00 for expedited shipping.
